The Father 100 - LAUGHTER

Week 3 of The Father 100

He’s always lurking in the shadows…

 . . . or down the hall…

A smirk . . . or a smile

…might, just might, keep him at bay.

A frown . . . or a pout, is sure to make him pounce!

The Tickle Monster is hungry!

A giggle won’t do.

A chuckle?
                   Not quite.

A chortle?
                   Better, but not there yet.

What he really wants. . .

he truly needs. . .

. . . is . . .

Shrieks!

And Screams!

And a room full of LAUGHTER!

The Tickle Monster will not be deprived.

He will not be satisfied until all are laughing and tears are rolling.

. . . until the next frown appears!

The Father 100 - FORGIVENESS

Week 2 of The Father 100.

When a stranger apologizes for some transgression you most likely forgive and forget.

No need to hold a grudge against someone you'll likely never see again.

When a loved one does the same, how often do you say "I'm sorry", but continue to hold resentment towards them for their transgression?

How many of their transgressions are you harboring?

True forgiveness must come from the heart, not from the tongue.

Forgive them with your actions.

WITH YOUR LOVE.

Don't your loved ones deserve more from you than you give a stranger on the street?

Forgive them as your Father forgave you.

The Father 100 - LOVE

There was a time when we didn't think we could have children.
So, we pursued adoption through AGAPE in Alabama.
We were asked if we be foster parents to newborn baby girl.
Naturally we said YES!
She was a part of our family for a month until Alabama DHR decided she would be better off in another foster home with her siblings.
To this day tears still flow and my heart HURTS every time I think of her.
Unconditional LOVE.
I pray she is happy and loved.
Two weeks after she left our home we found out we were expecting!
