Sleep schedule of a 4 year old

While I was working today I began to doodle, no big
surprise there since I am constantly doodling. While
I was doodling I was thinking about Ty and his reluctance to
taking naps. He has more or less given up taking naps on a regular basis. Even though he thinks he is too big, or too old for naps (is he crazy? I could use one daily!) he still often needs one.

Quite often we can tell when he is in need of a nap and thus we will tell him to either go take a nap or spend some quiet time in your room on your bed. This is generally not received very well, but he gets over it and before long he is fast asleep.

Have you taken a nap lately? I know I could use one!
